The Medisole® medical insole – which has been specifically developed for achilles complaints – provides perfect support. This special insole is a concept created by combining two technologies and provides relief for the Achilles tendon. To achieve this, the heel
section of the insole is slightly raised. The cushioning effect of the insole is ideal for an inflamed Achilles tendon. The Medisole® insole will reduce your Achilles tendon discomfort.
The Medisole® pack contains a pair of insoles and a pair of heel raises (to relieve your Achilles tendon). Place the raise under the heels of the insoles as shown in the photo (always use it under both feet). Your heel will now be slightly raised, relieving the strain on the Achilles tendon. The support of the insole creates a stable situation in which you sink inwards less. Together with the heel elevation, this relieves and supports the Achilles tendon. If you do this in both shoes for 7 to 10 days and then remove both heel raises,

The operation of this sole partly depends on the quality of the shoe. For best results, we recommend a sturdy shoe with a good fit. (Only use in shoes with removable insoles.)

What size do you need?
The sizes of this insole correspond to standard European sizes. Always use your foot size and not the size of your shoe, as there may be a difference.
If you have half a size, round it up.

Remove the original footbed from your shoe and replace it with the Medisole comfort plus support insole. It may take a few days for your feet to get used to wearing Medisole insoles. If it does not immediately feel comfortable, wear the insoles for only a few hours a day for the first few days and gradually build up to 1 hour longer each day. The insoles are best cleaned with a lukewarm, damp cloth and let them dry (never on the heater). Medisole insoles cannot be put in the washing machine or dryer. Medisole insoles last a year with normal daily use.
