Shipping

To provide the best possible service, we ship all our orders via Parcel Post (DHL) with a Track & Trace code!
Shipping costs for customers from the Netherlands and Belgium are free.
For delivery, you can choose between two options: home delivery or pickup at a collection point near you.
After payment for your order, you will receive an email from Sendcloud containing your Track & Trace code, and you can track your package via the website.

Letterbox mail

Sometimes we get asked why we don’t deliver packages via letterbox mail, and that’s a valid question. We have tried this before, but many packages were not delivered correctly, resulting in numerous complaints.

Returns

It can happen that the product is not to your satisfaction, and you want to return it. Of course, that’s no problem at all. You can register your return within 30 days of receiving the product via the link “create return” at the bottom of the website or by using the button below. Since processing a return shipment has a significant environmental impact, we charge a €4.95 return fee. These costs will be automatically applied at the end of the return process. After payment, you will receive your return label by email.

At Medisole, you will always receive your money back within 14 days without providing any reason. However, we do appreciate it if you provide one.

  1. Go to the return procedure via the button below (https://medisole.shipping-portal.com/rp/)
  2. Follow the instructions on the screen. Make sure you have your order number or track and trace number ready.
  3. Printing: Stick the label over the current address sticker on the package. Folding or
    cutting is also fine, as long as the entire label is visible.
  4. Downloading: You can also download the label and have it scanned at the post office or DHL point.
  5. Bring the package to the selected DHL point. Always ask for proof of delivery.
